Bezier Curve
Terms of Service
The rules for using Grand Shelem and the related services operated by Bezier Curve Inc. Effective 18 September 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bezier Curve Inc (“Bezier Curve”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you access or use Grand Shelem, our websites, and the online features and services connected to the game (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are not old enough to enter into this agreement yourself, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms for you.
The Service
Grand Shelem is an online card game. The Service may include casual and ranked matches, computer-controlled players, profiles, friends, invitations, chat, game history, statistics, and other features that we may add, change, or remove over time.
You are responsible for the device, internet connection, mobile data, and other equipment or services needed to use Grand Shelem. The Service is not gambling: players do not wager money, virtual currency, or owned items, and match results do not award cash prizes.
Your account
Online play requires an account created through a supported sign-in method, such as Apple, Google, or a one-time code sent to your email address. You must provide accurate information and use only accounts that you are authorized to use.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in account and devices. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your Grand Shelem account without permission. We may take reasonable steps to protect an account or the Service, including requiring renewed authentication, restricting access, or temporarily suspending an account while we investigate.
You may delete your account from inside the app or by following our account-deletion instructions. Deleting a Grand Shelem account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store.
Licence to use Grand Shelem
Subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained the app, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Grand Shelem for non-commercial entertainment.
The app is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract its source code, except where applicable law expressly allows it. You may not use Grand Shelem or any part of the Service to create or improve a competing product without our written permission.
The app store’s terms and standard end-user licence agreement also apply to your installation and use of the app. If those terms conflict with these Terms on app distribution, device usage, or store billing, the applicable store terms control for that subject.
Fair play and acceptable conduct
You must use the Service lawfully and fairly. In particular, you may not:
- cheat, collude, manipulate match results, intentionally lose to transfer an advantage, or use unauthorized automation, bots, or assistance;
- exploit or share a vulnerability, bug, or unintended game behavior to gain an advantage or disrupt play;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or attempt to access another person’s account or non-public systems;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or abuse another person;
- use a display name, chat message, or other content that is unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or intended to expose another person’s private information; or
- sell, transfer, or commercially exploit an account, access to the Service, or any feature or entitlement.
If you discover a security issue or gameplay exploit, please report it to us instead of using or distributing it.
Profiles, chat, and other content
You keep any rights you have in the display name, messages, feedback, or other content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and enforce these Terms.
Chat is delivered to the people in the current match room and is not saved in our database. We do not promise to monitor or retain chat, so it should not be used for emergencies or as a permanent record. Other players are responsible for what they say. If another player behaves abusively, you can contact us at the address below.
We may remove content, require a display-name change, restrict communication, or take action against an account when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, harms another person, threatens the Service, or exposes us or others to legal risk.
If you send suggestions or other feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation to you. This does not give us ownership of personal information included in your feedback; our Privacy Policy continues to govern that data.
Matches, rankings, and availability
Cards are dealt randomly, and results can depend on skill, chance, teammates, opponents, connectivity, and service availability. The game server’s admitted record is the official result of an online match. We may correct a result, rating, statistic, or entitlement when it was affected by a technical error, fraud, cheating, or an invalid transaction.
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, device failures, network problems, or software defects may delay, interrupt, suspend, or end a match. We may change game rules, matchmaking, rankings, features, or technical requirements when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Service.
Purchases and subscriptions
Grand Shelem may offer paid features in the future. If it does, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and included benefits will be shown before you purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are processed by that store and are also governed by its payment, refund, and subscription terms.
Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, a recurring subscription renews until you cancel it through the app store that processed the purchase. Deleting the app or your Grand Shelem account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Refund requests and billing disputes should be submitted through the store, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.
Paid features and entitlements are personal, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred. We may change paid offerings prospectively, but we will not take away an entitlement you have already purchased except when required by law, the store’s rules, a refund or chargeback, fraud, or a clearly disclosed expiry or subscription end.
Ownership
Grand Shelem and the Service, including their software, visual design, artwork, audio, text, branding, and other materials, are owned by Bezier Curve or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who processes it, and how to request deletion. Please read it together with these Terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, harmed other users, or used the Service fraudulently. Where practical and appropriate, we will give notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
We may also discontinue all or part of the Service. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice before permanently discontinuing a material paid feature.
The provisions concerning ownership, feedback, disclaimers, liability, and other terms that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including identity providers, app stores, hosting providers, and device or network services. Your use of their products may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content that we do not control, except where applicable law says otherwise.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties that it will always be available, secure, accurate, compatible with every device, or free from defects. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bezier Curve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and CAD $50.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable law does not permit a limitation.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable additional notice, such as notice in the app. Your continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
General terms
You must comply with laws that apply to your use of the Service. Mandatory consumer protections in the place where you live continue to apply.
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable app-store terms form the entire agreement concerning your use of the Service, except for any additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase.
